Quality and sustainable production in worldwide production is the vision of our company.
It is our priority that all our partners, who work from the fabric to the end product, have passed the Social Compliance Audit, fulfilled the fire specifications, and fully comply with the ILO labor contract. Our company is a member of Sedex.
The first requirement in quality is that the understanding of sustainable quality is embedded in all units from the management of our company to our colleagues and business partners. Special training and customer feedback are given due importance to this issue. We adhere to the ISO 10002:2008 Customer Satisfaction Management System standard.
Human rights violations and behavior that compromise the independence of the audit should be distinguished from normal findings regarding social performance. These situations are considered zero tolerance states;
1) CHILD LABOR
Workers under the age of 15 (or below the minimum age according to local laws) and
forced laborers under the age of 18.
2) DEPENDENT/DEBT WORK
Not allowing employees to leave the workplace or forcing them to work overtime
against their will.
Using violence or threatening to use violence to force employees to work.
Threat of dismissal.
